First someone steals AnnaFreeze’s costume, luckily her ice armor covers her up nicely, but now it’s raining fire. This is a work in progress which I hope to work on some more. AnnaFreeze is my Ice/Ice Tanker from City of Heroes and PyroMindi is my Fire/Dark Corrupter from City of Villains.
All done in Painter, and I plan to finish in Painter as well. Strike that, there are things that Photoshop does so much better than Painter and vice versa, why limit myself.

It’s sad, I’ve had an Ice Tanker for ages and this image has never occurred to me. Really great job.
